Completion of Phase II of Construction at Wróblewskiego

At the construction site of the investment at Wróblewskiego Street, we have completed the second phase of work. This means that the underground structure of the building has been fully completed.
This is an important milestone in the project's implementation – after completing work on the underground section, construction enters the next phase, which is the execution of above-ground floors.
The progress of work at the construction site is on schedule, and we will soon be providing updates on subsequent phases of implementation.

End of Stage VI

Ustronna – we have completed Stage VI of the development
We are pleased to announce that we have completed Stage VI of the Ustronna development. Construction works are progressing according to schedule.
Currently, plastering works are approximately 80% complete, and roofing works have also reached 80% completion. We are entering the next phases of implementation, consistently approaching the completion of construction.
The planned completion of works is scheduled for June.
We will continue to provide updates on further progress.

Construction Update – Kazimierza Wielkiego 42A (Building 2)

Work on the second building of the Kazimierza Wielkiego 42A development is progressing according to schedule.

Intensive facade work is currently underway, gradually giving the building its intended character.

Simultaneously, we have reached the halfway point of the internal installation work.

We are also nearing completion of the underfloor installations.

We will provide ongoing updates on the subsequent stages of the project.

What’s new at the Ustronna construction site?

Significant progress is visible at the Ustronna construction site. Plastering work is already at an advanced stage.
Concurrently, sanitary installations – water and sewage systems, and central heating – are halfway complete. Electrical work is also ongoing, being carried out progressively throughout the entire building.
