Construction work is progressing on schedule. All work related to the installation of under-plaster and under-floor systems has been completed. Plastering work and the installation of cement floor screeds throughout the entire building have also been finished.

Façade work is now 95% complete.

In the corridors and common areas, tile installation has commenced, while in the residential units, the installation of door leaves, electrical fittings, and panel radiators has begun.

Work has commenced on the development of the external area, roads, parking lots, and parking spaces.

The construction of Building B at 42A Kazimierza Wielkiego Street is nearing completion. We are currently finishing the wet facade work, which gives the building its final appearance.

In parallel, balustrade installation and intensive interior finishing works are underway. Each passing week brings us closer to finalizing the investment and preparing the apartments for handover.

The works are progressing according to schedule, and the handover of keys to owners is planned for September.
