Since 2021, also as a co-founder and CEO of Smart Park retail parks, he oversees the process of land acquisition, financing, and construction.

Associated with the real estate industry since 2016. At Żerański Development, she is responsible for team management, process optimization, and monitoring the implementation of key projects, ensuring the operational fluidity of the organization.

She coordinates processes related to land acquisition, investment design, obtaining building permits, and their subsequent sale and marketing.

He is a specialist in acquiring land for multi-family construction. For years, he has successfully supported the development of real estate projects, combining acquired industry knowledge with the ability to effectively manage processes.
