In recent weeks, the walls and columns of the building's underground section have been poured, and the formwork for the garage ceiling has been completed. Currently, the construction team is carrying out reinforcement work, preparing the structure for the ceiling concreting.
Construction progress is proceeding according to schedule, and subsequent phases will be progressively implemented in the coming weeks.
Construction work at Akacjowa Aleja in Wąbrzeźno is nearing completion. Paving stones have already been laid around Building A, giving the development its final character.

Connection works are in full swing – and in fact, we are already in the final stage of
the stormwater drainage connection. Work has also begun on the gas connection – this is
the last missing installation, but soon all connections will be fully ready.
Inside the building, we are completing the final minor finishing and touch-up work.
Intensive external works are underway at the development site – currently, water and sewage connections are being installed. This week, a transformer station was also erected on the plot, bringing us closer to commencing acceptance tests of the power grid.

Inside the building, plastering work has been completed in all apartments. Under-floor installations have been laid and floors have been poured on three floors. On the last floor, under-floor installation work is ongoing and flooring work throughout the building will be completed before the end of the year.
In common areas, work is ongoing on laying thermal insulation on stairwell and corridor walls, as well as the garage ceiling.
We have completed Phase IV of construction in Wąbrzeźno, which included the garage entrance ramp, thermal and waterproof roof insulation, and internal partition walls. We are currently continuing work on window joinery, as well as electrical and plumbing installations.

Work on the slab and vertical elements on the 2nd floor has been completed, and work is currently underway on the 3rd floor.
