PROGRESS IN PŁOCK

Stage A – we have completed the installation of windows. Installation work is currently underway in both residential units and common areas of the building. Plastering work is nearing completion, and flooring work will begin soon.

Stage B – we have completed the reinforced concrete work for the “zero” state, which allows us to proceed to the next stages of construction.

We will keep you informed about the progress of the work on an ongoing basis.

USTRONNA

Handovers starting in September!

Osiedle Ustronna Phase A is almost fully complete. A white, modern building surrounded by greenery, finished staircases with wooden accents, completed roads, parking spaces, walkways—this is what our Łódź development at 50 Ustronna Street looks like today.

We have completed all key construction stages: structure, facade, roof, window and door installation, plastering, flooring, and utilities. We have finished the common areas, and landscaping around the building is nearing completion. We have successfully passed inspections by the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station and the State Fire Service.

We are starting handovers in September—our residents will soon receive keys to their new apartments with views of greenery.

WERANDOVA

Werandova is growing!

Construction of the Werandova development is gaining momentum. Foundation work and the underground garage construction have already been completed, and the building is increasingly rising above ground.
Current progress on site:
The ground floor slab has been completed – the building's structure is systematically developing.
The 1st floor is already under construction – another level bringing us closer to the target height of the buildings.
The first balconies have been installed – Werandova is beginning to take on its final, spatial character.
The access ramp to the underground garage under buildings A and B has been completed – this is another essential infrastructure element, necessary for the final stage of implementation.
The progress of work confirms that the investment is proceeding according to plan. Follow the subsequent stages of Werandova's construction!

Strefa.57 Kostrogaj – Foundation Work Underway

At the Strefa.57 Kostrogaj construction site, further foundation preparation work is underway.
For building A1, we have commenced pouring the foundation slab. Concurrently, work is progressing on building B1, where we are preparing the excavation and reinforcement for the foundation slab.
Work is progressing according to the subsequent stages of implementation. We will regularly share updates from the construction site.

Completion of structural works

Works on the Akacjowa Aleja investment in Wąbrzeźno are progressing according to schedule. We have already completed the structural works and moved on to the next stages of implementation.
All partition walls have been built in the buildings. Currently, work is underway on concealed installations, and simultaneously, we have started plastering works. Roofing works on the flat roof are also in progress.
Each subsequent stage brings us closer to the completion of Akacjowa Aleja. We will keep you updated on the progress of works and other important milestones on the construction site.

Werandova

Werandova is growing – another construction phase completed!

A lot is happening at the Werandova construction site! On July 23, we completed Phase II of the works and can now see increasingly visible results of the project.
Recently, we focused primarily on work related to the foundations and underground garage. We completed the excavation and its securing, the garage foundation slab, and reinforced concrete walls and columns at level -1. We also completed the waterproofing of the foundation slab and walls.

WERANDOVA

Construction Progress

Construction work on the Werandova development in Warsaw's Białołęka district is proceeding according to schedule. With each passing week, the project is gaining momentum, and subsequent stages of implementation are being successfully completed. Werandova is being built in the immediate vicinity of the Białołęka Dworska Forest, offering future residents a combination of urban convenience and proximity to nature.

Currently, over 60% of the excavation work for the foundation of buildings A and C has been completed. Simultaneously, work is underway in building A on laying the reinforcement for the foundation slab, which represents one of the key stages preparing the development for further implementation.

Intensive work is also being carried out on building B. Construction of its above-ground structure has commenced. This is a clear sign that the development is entering the next stage of construction.
