- 2 Reservation agreement We reserve the chosen unit for you – so you have time to complete the formalities.
- 3 Mortgage with our partner Our financial partner will help you choose a mortgage and prepare the documents for the bank.
- 4 Development agreement You sign it before a notary. Payments go to a residential escrow account.
- 5 Key handover and finishing You receive the unit with a handover report and the keys. We can also help you finish the apartment turnkey with our partners.
- 6 Notarial deed The agreement transferring ownership – the apartment officially becomes yours.
