Final Touches

Final finishing works are underway at the Ustronna development. Every day, we are closer to completing the project and entering one of the most anticipated stages – inspections by the relevant services. These inspections precede obtaining the occupancy permit for the building and handing over the apartments to their owners.
This is a special moment for us. After many months of intensive work, the first residents will soon receive the keys to their new apartments and begin a new chapter of life at Ustronna.

Construction of Strefa 57 Kostrogaj has begun

This is an important moment for our latest investment in Płock – we have officially commenced construction of Strefa 57 Kostrogaj. With this, the project enters its implementation phase, and the vision of a new, modern district begins to take real shape. The investment has been planned as a comprehensive living space, combining residents' comfort with functionality and access to daily services.

The initial construction work is already underway at the investment site. In the coming months, we will provide regular updates on the progress of the project and subsequent construction stages.

Construction Progress at Wróblewskiego 2/4 in Łódź – June 2026

The construction of the Wróblewskiego 2/4 development is proceeding according to schedule. Subsequent stages are being successively completed, and the building is taking its final shape with each passing week.
To date, we have completed the water and sewage connections to the building. The construction of the underground garage has also been finished, and work on the above-ground structure has already reached the 6th floor.
Concurrently, we have begun installing silicate block curtain walls and gypsum block partition walls, marking the transition to the next stage of the investment.

Werandova Emerges from the Ground — Ground Floor Transition Stage

The construction of Werandova has reached an important milestone. The foundation slab has been completed and approved, and the reinforced concrete walls of the underground level are already complete — the formwork has been removed, revealing the finished structural elements. The structural columns are fully concreted.

Currently, the formwork for the ceiling above the underground level is underway. Construction crews have erected supporting scaffolding and laid formwork beams, creating a solid base for reinforcement and pouring. Reinforcement work on the formwork surface is already in progress.

This is the final stage of underground work — after the ceiling is concreted, the investment officially breaks ground, and above-ground construction begins.

Building B – works entering the final stage

The construction of Building B at 42A Kazimierza Wielkiego Street is nearing completion. We are currently finishing the wet facade work, which gives the building its final appearance.

In parallel, balustrade installation and intensive interior finishing works are underway. Each passing week brings us closer to finalizing the investment and preparing the apartments for handover.

The works are progressing according to schedule, and the handover of keys to owners is planned for September.

Construction of the Ustronna development is entering its final phase. We have just completed Stage 7 of works, covering key finishing and installation works.
This is one of the last important steps towards completing the development. We are currently focusing on final works that will prepare the building for handing over the apartments to future owners.

The most important information for our Clients? We plan to begin handing over apartment keys this summer.

We have excellent news for everyone who has been anticipating this moment — the construction of the Werandova development in Warsaw's Białołęka district has officially commenced!The construction site is already bustling with activity. Teams are on-site, equipment is operating at full capacity, and initial works have gained momentum.

Each day marks another step towards the four modern buildings, situated near the Białołęka Dworska Forest, taking their tangible form.

According to the schedule, we plan to complete the entire investment in December 2027.

Construction Progress at Ustronna

Construction work is progressing on schedule. All work related to the installation of concealed and underfloor systems has been completed. Plastering work and the installation of cement floor screeds throughout the entire building have also been finalized.
Facade work is now 95% complete.
In the corridors and common areas, tiling work has commenced, while in the residential units, the installation of door leaves, electrical fittings, and panel radiators has begun.
Work has also started on the development of the external area, including roads, parking lots, and parking spaces.

Ustronna – we have completed Stage VI of the development
We are pleased to announce that we have completed Stage VI of the Ustronna development. Construction works are progressing according to schedule.
Currently, plastering works are approximately 80% complete, and roofing works have also reached 80% completion. We are entering the next phases of implementation, consistently approaching the completion of construction.
