Construction Progress at Ustronna

Construction work is progressing on schedule. All work related to the installation of concealed and underfloor systems has been completed. Plastering work and the installation of cement floor screeds throughout the entire building have also been finalized.
Facade work is now 95% complete.
In the corridors and common areas, tiling work has commenced, while in the residential units, the installation of door leaves, electrical fittings, and panel radiators has begun.
Work has also started on the development of the external area, including roads, parking lots, and parking spaces.

Ustronna – we have completed Stage VI of the development
We are pleased to announce that we have completed Stage VI of the Ustronna development. Construction works are progressing according to schedule.
Currently, plastering works are approximately 80% complete, and roofing works have also reached 80% completion. We are entering the next phases of implementation, consistently approaching the completion of construction.
The planned completion of works is scheduled for June.

Significant progress is visible at the Ustronna construction site. Plastering work is already at an advanced stage.
Concurrently, sanitary installations – water and sewage systems, and central heating – are halfway complete. Electrical work is also ongoing, being carried out progressively throughout the entire building.

The building's structure is now fully completed, and the interiors are taking their final shape. Work on enclosing the building envelope and other finishing elements has also commenced, clearly indicating that the investment is entering its final phase of completion.

Construction Progress at Ustronna Development

Construction work at the Ustronna development is proceeding according to schedule. The structural works have been completed, culminating in the traditional topping-out ceremony. Currently, the teams are focusing on interior and installation works. On the 4th floor, curtain walls and inter-apartment walls are being constructed, while on the 1st floor, apartment partition walls are being built. Installation of concealed wiring has begun on the ground floor.
In the garage, thermal insulation of ceilings and walls has been completed, while plumbing and sewage installation works are ongoing. Works related to central heating and ventilation systems will commence shortly.

Update from Ustronna

Intensive construction work is underway at the investment site.
The 5th floor ceiling is being constructed on one part of the building, while preparations for its formwork are being carried out on the other.Wall construction has also begun – the walls in the garage section are complete, and the curtain walls and corridor walls have been finished on the ground floor. Work on the first floor begins today.
In the garage, insulation work continues with the installation of the ceiling's thermal insulation layer.

Construction Progress – Ustronna is Growing Day by Day

Construction work at Ustronna Street in Łódź is proceeding according to schedule.Currently, a key stage of the investment is being implemented – the construction of the main building structure, i.e., the reinforced concrete framework.
Work is currently underway on formwork for the second part of the ceiling above the third floor and installation of reinforcement for walls and columns for the next floor.

The next phase of construction – masonry work – will begin soon.
Each day, the building increasingly takes on its intended shape.

At the Ustronna investment construction site, work related to the execution of level -1 walls, structural columns, and installation of sealing elements using white tank technology has been completed. Currently, the ceiling above level -1 is being constructed, as well as the walls and columns of the 1st floor.
Progress is in accordance with the adopted schedule.

Construction Progress

Currently, work is underway on reinforcing the foundation slab, with approximately 60% of its surface already completed. The slab work is planned to be finished by the end of the month, however, monitoring weather conditions will be crucial to ensure compliance with technological requirements.

In one section of the slab, construction of columns and external walls of the parking garage has already begun.

Work is currently underway on reinforcing the foundation slab. The slab and walls of the watertight tank, which constitutes the deepest element of the building, have already been completed.
Simultaneously, work is ongoing on forming safe slopes, as well as widening and deepening the excavation.
